On the night of the first Passover, God’s people waited inside their homes beneath the blood of a spotless lamb. Judgment passed through Egypt; but those who trusted the Lord’s promise were spared.
The Passover Lamb retells Exodus 12 for young readers, showing that Israel was saved by God’s mercy and leading children from the lamb in Egypt to Jesus Christ, the true Lamb of God, who shed His blood for the sins of the world and rose again.
With richly painted illustrations, “Christ’s Promise for You,” and a catechetical page for parents, this book helps families teach the Passover, Christ’s atonement, Holy Baptism, and the forgiveness of sins.
24 full-color pages. King James Version Scripture. Catechetical guide for parents.
